The villa is located in a quiet side street, just 50 meters from the sea, very close to the actual center of the lakeside area, but yet no longer in the nightly entertainment zone.
As a summer residence of the Ferendino family, the house has been renovated in 2010 and used for private purposes by 2012. Since 2013, the villa is also available as a holiday home and offers considerably more space than an apartment.
The house is ideal for family holidays or vacation with children. Even if you plan to travel together with friends at the Black Sea, Villa Leontina should be the better alternative to individual apartments.
Costinesti is located on the Romanian Black Sea coast between the cities constanta and Mangalia.
The nearest international airport is Mihail Kogalniceanu (Constanta CND), about 50 kilometers (flight time to Germany is around 1 hour and 15 minutes.) Currently, however, this airport is served only from Italy.
The bucharest airport is around 260 km away. From here you can reach by car Costinesti via highway (Autostrada Soarelui) in about 2.5 hours or by bus in 3.5 to 4 hours (tarif currently about € 20, - / person)
For these two airports we can also arrange a private transfer on request.
Or you’ll take the train from Bucharest. The Costinesti station is only 1 km away from the Villa Leontina, the train takes depending on the connection between 3.5 and 5 h
It is also possible to arrive via Varna airport (Bulgaria) and take a bus directly to Costinesti in about 2.5 h, price ca. € 20, - / person.
