The initial management team depends on the founders, and top management who are outlined in the Board of Directors, as we start implementing our expansion plan we will require additional managers in key areas. The current organizational structure is very sound, with each member fulfilling his or her role and responsibilities, and fully understanding the needed contributions to our company. Each new member added to the structure will have to adapt our management guidelines and be capable to manage his staff to achieve the departments’ goals as well as that of the organization.
