CONTRACT QUANTITY: Total of 2,400 000 Metric Tons.
200,000 per month X 12 months. First 200,000 ready for lifting

PRICE: USD $485 Gross, $475 Net

COMMISSION: $USD10.00 (divided $USD5.00 seller side (Closed)
$USD5.00 buyer side(open). Comotrading & BIA Group is on buyer side

DELIVERY: Fob Rotterdam

PROCEDURE: - Seller and Buyer sign Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and register contracts
in their own banks.
- Buyeraa‚¬a„¢s bank to Send to the Sellers bank by simple email that the buyer is RWA.
- Seller provides Buyer with Refinery letter confirming allocation along with Q&Q
report on refinery letter head.
- Seller will provide to Buyer Letter of Authorization to verify as well.
- After verification of Selleraa‚¬a„¢s allocation documents, Buyer OPENS TRANSFERABLE RDLC/
or BG one month, for the monthly lift amount of fuel as per the contract/as per the agreed schedule for lift.
- There after any additional documents will be given as required by the refinery.
- Seller proceeds loading of Buyeraa‚¬a„¢s vessels and presents full set of documents to the Buyeraa‚¬a„¢s bank.

Terms and procedure are 100% negotiable and deal will be concluded via TTM
once buyer accepts terms of contract.
