Conform proiectului vor mai rezulta sase camere cu bai proprii, un apartament si o sala de conferinte, toate situate la etaj. Constructia este realizata din materiale de excelenta calitate: caramida poroterm, structura de beton armat, instalatie electrica din cupru, centrala termica pe gazeificarea lemnului, fosa septica de mare capacitate, doua surse de apa (reteaua comunala si un put pentru situatii de urgenta).
Suprafata construita este de 400 metri patrati, la care se adauga etajul si mansarda, iar drumul de acces din DN 73 este proprietatea pensiunii.

The property was built in 2010 and it is situated on a land with a wonderful panorama to Cheile Dambovicioarei, Leaota and Bucegi, at only 30 kilometres away from Poiana Brasov.
It is a single structure type of building and it is divided into two adjoined modules, as it follows: the first module is comprised of semi basement and ground floor, with a living area of 180 square metres and it was planned as owners/ administrators home. This module is finished, including heat insulation with polystyrene of 10 centimetres and it has three rooms with private bathrooms, to which is added a 35 square metre kitchen and a laundry room. This part of the property can already be used for tourists hosting.
Moreover, the second module, the inn, consists of a 120 square metre living room, five rooms with private bathrooms, double glazing windows and doors, electrical and watering systems installed.
