Friendly place near Herastrau Park

Hello,
Come stay in a new, well maintained and tastefully decorated loft (attic) room just for you. As I am travelling quite a lot you will not be disturbed quite at all.
I am offering also from the house, fruits, cookies, milk, tea and coffee (free of charge).
The house I am living was built in 1942 and is located centrally, in a residential quarter with old houses, within waking distance from l'Arc de Triomphe (Arcul de Triumf), Casin Monastery, herastrau park or even the 'Dimitrie Gusti' National Museum (Muzeul Satului).
The house is located in the very center of bucharest, in a quiet and pitoresque area with beautiful houses.
The apartment is located in the attic and has 1 living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen very well equipped with a fridge, coffee maker and washing machine.
For renting I am offering one bedroom and of course you can use the needed facilities and also the big living room.
The house has also a small garden and also a courtyard. If you are coming by car, you can use the parking places.
